Updates Only | $5/month | Regularly check your website for out-of-date plugins, themes, translations, and WordPress itself and update them. This does not include items that have to be manually uploaded to update (ex: Paid Plugins). |
Updates+Support | $15/month | Updates and provided support for your WordPress site by working with your hosting/domain provider on your behalf to resolve any issues with your site. Just like insurance, this service has to be active before it is needed. This service does not cover WP installs or plugins that were modified or ‘customized’ at the code level that was not released/documented by the developers. |
Premium Support | $20/month | All the services of Updates+Support and editing of your website. Website editing is where we go in and delete/add pages, configure menus, change a theme, and/or manually update (via upload) plugins. Note: When adding pages, content is NOT provided by WebTerritory, content will be added to new pages if provided to WebTerritory. |
Manually Update Add-on | $25/each | Add-ons that require downloading from the software company/developer then uploading to your WP installation. If already a paid member, use the One-Time payment option or request an invoice or e-transfer info. |
Setup Add-on Only | $50 once | Add a paid plugin/add-on that requires further configuration/setup. Pending on the plugin/add-on there may be further fees from the plugin/add-on provider or service required by the plugin/add-on. This does not include advanced plugins* like Woocommerce. If already a paid member, use the One-Time payment option or request an invoice or e-transfer info. |
Add-on+Support | $50 once, then $10/month | Add a paid plugin/add-on that requires further configuration/setup. Provide support for the added plugin/add-on (configuration/updates). Advanced install | $200 once | WordPress install, plugins (install and configure), and set up one advanced plugin* or additional pages/content. Pending on the plugin there may be further fees from the plugin/add-on provider or service required by the plugin/add-on. Advanced+Support | $200 once, then $15/month | WordPress install, plugins (install and configure), and set up one advanced plugin* or additional pages/content. Provide support for the advanced plugin (configuration/updates). * An ‘Advanced Plugin’ is a plugin with extensive configuration and/or multiple modules and/or requires special installation requirements beyond just using the WP upload feature. Woocommerce is a good example of an Advanced Plugin as it requires extensive configuration and has paid modules/options not available at the WordPress.org plugin library.
